Filr makes it easy to share across organizational boundaries and collaborate on files, it makes finding the right files simple with smart search capabilities, and it keeps files secure. With Filr, you have access to all your files in one convenient location. To configure Open In functionality for all users, see Mobile Device Access-Default Settings in the Filr 3.4.1: Administrative UI Reference. OpenText Filr is a file access and sharing solution for the enterprise. (If you are installing Novell Single Sign-on through an RCONSOLE session on a workstation, press the F4 key, and specify the directory path.) Next, the installation program prompts you to specify the files you want to install. In this case, only devices that are being managed by MobileIron are able to use Open In functionality devices that are not being managed by MobileIron are not able to use Open In functionality. Press the F3 key, and enter the appropriate directory path. To achieve this, you can enable this setting in MobileIron and disable it in Filr. The one exception to this rule is if you want Open In functionality to be enabled for devices that are being managed by MobileIron and disabled for devices that are not being managed by MobileIron. This setting should be consistent in both locations (if it is enabled in Filr, it should also be enabled in MobileIron). If you are using MobileIron to manage devices in your organization, the Open In setting exists both in the Filr administration console and in the MobileIron administration console.
